Mardaani 2, released in 2019, further showed Shivani’s legacy. This time, she faced a chilling and sociopathic antagonist, a young man committing heinous crimes against women. The film tackled the sensitive issue of sexual violence with an uncompromising approach, sparking conversations about the need for stricter laws and societal change.
Now as the movie Mardaani 3 is about to go on the floor, audience is excited about what new battle will Shivani fight in Mardaani 3? Which new societal ill will she confront?

The film is in pre-production with Abhiraj Minawala directing the frannchise and Aditya Chopra producing under Yash Raj Films. Mumbai and Delhi have been locked as primary locations, more north Indian locations to be finalized soon.
