    As the Monsoon rains trickle down on the thirsty grounds, the sizzle of golden round pakoras or the crispy samosa, served along with green chutneys, irresistibly raises everyone’s appetite.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 Onions (finely chopped) 
    • 1 Capsicum (finely chopped) 
    • 3 Tablespoons Corn (boiled) 
    • 1 Tomato (finely chopped) 
    • Salt to taste 
    • 1 ½ tablespoons Red Chill (powdered or crushed) 
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
    • 2 tablespoon pizza-pasta sauce 
    • ½ cup grated cheese 
    • 2 tablespoons water 
    • 2 tablespoon white flour 
    • Samosa Patti 
    • Oil (for frying) 

    Instructions: 

    • Mix all the vegetables including onions, capsicum, tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, pizza-pasta sauce in a bowl 
    • Add grated cheese in the mixture of vegetables and combine it well 
    • Prepare a paste with flour and water to seal the samosas 
    • Take a samosa patti and place a portion of the filling in it.  
    • Fold and seal the edges using the paste to form a samosa 
    • Heat oil in pan and deep fry your samosas until they get golden brown and crispy 
    • Your hot pizza samosa is ready, serve it with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.

    A Chowmein Samosa is a unique fusion of Indian and Chinese cuisine and is a perfect snack for those looking for spice, crisp and sauces. It is also quite popular street food that offers street style noodles filled inside the crispy samosas. Here’s a quick recipe to make a street style Chowmein samosa. 

    Ingredients: 

    • Noodles (boiled) 
    • Vegetables like onions, chillies, capsicum, cabbage, carrots etc. 
    • Sauces such as soya sauce, ketchup, red chilli or schezwan
