    Mohit Khattar, the CEO of Graviss Foods and master franchise for Baskin Robbins in India and the SAARC region, states, “Consumers no longer feel ice creams are only for the summer.”

    He highlights that temperature-controlled environments, like shopping malls, enable people to savor ice cream regardless of the weather conditions. “Whether it’s minus 2 degrees or 25 degrees outside, people are comfortable indoors and happy to enjoy ice creams,” he added.

Khattar highlighted that creative products like ice cream sandwiches and popcorn ice cream have become integral to snacking cultures in India.
