As per a publishing source, renowned Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s upscale restaurant, Bastian, has come to light due to a robbery that took place a day before.

A BMW worth Rs 80 lakh was stolen from the Vallet parking there. The Mumbai Police is currently investigating the incident.

Renowned and popular actress and fitness enthusiast Shilpa Shetty’s exquisite restaurant, Bastian, frequently grabs headlines for its A-list clientele and extravagant events. From hosting Sonakshi Sinha’s wedding bash to being a favorite hangout for star kids; Bastian regularly attracts Mumbai’s elite customers. This time, it is in the news for a robbery that occurred at the hi-fi eatery on Sunday night.

Bastian – At the Top, situated on the 48th floor of Kohinoor Square in Dadar West, was recently the scene of an unusual event.

Reportedly, a luxurious BMW Z4 convertible, valued at Rs 80 lakh, was stolen from the parking area while the owning guest was dining at the restaurant.

The car’s owner, a 34-year-old businessman, Ruhan Firoz Khan from Bandra, arrived at Bastian with two friends around 1 am. He handed his keys to the restaurant’s valet. When the establishment closed, he requested his vehicle, only to find it missing.

CCTV footage later confirmed that the BMW was stolen around 2 am by unidentified individuals. A complaint was thus filed at the Shivaji Park police station and the authorities are diligently reviewing CCTV footage to track down the robbers.
