The Ram Mandir at Ayodhya, which was inaugurated in January 2023 with great national celebration, is an important pilgrimage site since it is the birthplace of Lord Rama. The Mandir is now being reimagined through a specially designed watch as a unique homage to this revered landmark.
Swiss watchmaker Jacob & Co. in association with Ethos Watch Boutiques has unveiled the Epic X Ram Janmabhoomi watch. The watch is priced at Rs 34 lakh ($41,000). This limited-edition watch commemorated Ram Mandir’s consecration ceremony in Ayodhya and is available in two editions. The watch features the images of Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman and the detailed depictions of the newly built Ram Mandir.
The watch is a part of Jacob & Co’s renowned Epic X collections and features the brand’s X signature on the dial.

The edition EX110.20.AA.AR.ABRU features a temple theme at nine o’clock. At three o’clock is a silhouette of Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman. Beneath the tourbillon at six o’clock the inscription “JAI SHREE RAM” is clearly visible. Saffron highlights the minutes ring, encircling the dial and the tips of the baton hands and the same color is reflected in the rubber strap.
The edition X110.20.AA.AS.ABRU features the 44mm steel case with a 48-hour power reserve. This edition boasts a water resistance of up to 100-meter and has a sapphire caseback which shows a sophisticated movement.
This exclusive watch had only 49 limited edition pieces, out of which 35 are already sold.
