According to the reports, Khanna reportedly earned 7.80 lakh rupees per episode for Shaktimaan. His fee was ultimately increased from 3 to 10 lakhs per episode, after the show reached 104 episodes. Khanna once mentioned that the producers were ready to pay him up to 16 lakh rupees.

Khanna landed in the storm of controversy when he slammed the entire team of Adipurush. He expressed his displeasure with the dialogues and costume of the movie. As per the reports of ANI, he told media, “I think this is the terrible joke with Ramayan. Who has given the right to anyone to insult our scriptures? I have even said both of them have not even read Ramayan. It is absolutely rubbish. They should not be forgiven. Yesterday I said on my channel that this whole team should be burnt standing at fifty degrees Celsius.”
Khanna Called Out Ranveer Singh for His Controversial Photoshoot
Mukesh also called out Ranveer Singh for his ‘nude photoshoot’ disapproving the fact how he or his wife Deepika Padukone are comfortable. During his interview, he told the media, “That photoshoot marked the beginning of my aversion toward him. However, Ranveer claimed he didn’t actually take part in it, insisting he was only wearing underwear.”
Mukesh’s Big Remarks on #MeToo Movement
During the time of #MeToo Movement, Khanna remarked on women. Through a YouTube video he stated that when women decide to leave home for works, issues like this come to light. “The one who suffers the most because of a working woman is the child, who does not receive the care of a mother. Instead, he or she ends up watching Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi with a nanny. A man is a man and a woman is a woman,” he said.

Mukesh Khanna is again in the limelight for his recent remarks at Akshay Kumar’s portrayal in movie Prithviraj Chauhan.
