The actor recently revealed his diet and fitness strategies using X (Former Twitter). He shared a tweet, featuring an interview clip where he discussed his remarkable 21-days transformation through Intermittent fasting and opting for a meticulous diet to lose those extra kilos.

The star of ‘Rocketry— (a 2022 based-Indian Biographical film based on the story of Nambi Narayanan, a scientist at ISRO), R Madhavan in a reply to a user on X mentioned about his last meal at 6:45 PM and no food intake until the next day. He also shared that his meal includes cooked food and nothing raw at all.
Further, the actor’s post on X also highlighted the importance of staying hydrated throughout the day. He mentioned that he consumed plenty of fluids, (particularly water and green vegetable juices) which are significant for maintaining hydration and supporting metabolic processes. He also avoided processed foods and made sure to chew his food (45-60 seconds per bite).
Besides this, taking proper sleep was another critical component R Madhavan followed in his weight loss journey. He made sure to go to bed early and deep sleep every night and followed early morning long walks. He also stressed avoiding screen times at least 3 hours before bed.
