A 25-year-old entrepreneur blamed his poor lifestyle choices that worsened his health conditions leading to hospitalization. He shared his experience of being a part of the hustle culture, saying, Hustle culture comes with cost on his social media.
Kritarth Mittal, who is a founder of Soshals App and a techie, took to his X (formerly Twitter) to share the bad side of this culture and urged his followers to take better care of their health.
In his recent post, Mittal said that he woke up one day with a really bad headache and experienced recurrent vomiting.” He shared that prior to this, he had no serious health symptoms.

Choice is yours; Im just here to show you the ugly side of it so you dont get swayed easily. This is me after pulling all-nighters, sleeping for <5-6 hours, and no diet plan, he further added, while sharing a picture showing him in a hospital bed.
The Mumbai-based entrepreneur also shared that his daily schedule has been erratic since college, but he realized that as he gets older, he will need to take better care of himself.
“Now that my body has started to remind me that I am not 20 anymore, I’ll be setting up a routine and doing my best to follow it. I am old now, and I have to accept it. Gone are the college days when pulling all-nighters was cool,” the 25-year-old graduate noted on X.
Moreover, the post got major reactions from users on the internet, highlighting the importance of adopting personal care. A user identified as ItsBaranwal wrote, Get Well Soon, Kritarth! Lately, Ive learned it too. As much as hustle is important, the same goes for personal health and family time too . Ive strictly spared a few 2-3 hours dedicated to personal care and family time; this cant be traded off for anything.

Meanwhile, Kritarth Mittal, in response to the comment, added, I am planning to do the same now. I started hitting the gym and religiously followed a routine for 3 months but then went back to square one. Hoping to get back in shape and be a little more disciplined again.
