    Israel Uncovers Million Dollar Worth Gold and Cash from Hassan Nasrallah’s Bunker

    Hassan Nasrallah, one of the significant leaders who led Hezbollah for over three decades was killed by Israeli airstrikes in Beirut on September 27. The killing of the powerful militant leader sent shockwaves throughout Lebanon and the Middle East. In the wake of Nasrallah’s killing, the Israeli forces have now made a significant revelation about Hezbollah’s terrorist hideouts.

    The new reports suggest that the bunker in which Nasrallah was living was filled with treasure. The Hezbollah’s bunker which was reportedly beneath a hospital in Lebanon was found with gold and cash worth USD 500 million. The Israeli Defense Forces claimed that the bunker was located under AI Sahel Hospital in Beirut. Here billions of golds and cash were stored.

    Israel disclosed that the bunker was placed beneath the AI Sahel Hospital in South Beirut. It was filled with millions of dollars’ worth of cash and gold. In Indian currency, it is worth INR 4,194,50,25,000.

    According to the Israeli Defense Forces Spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, the Israeli Air Force executed targeted strikes against Hezbollah’s financial hubs.

    “Our target was a highly secure secret location, which housed an underground vault containing millions of dollars in cash and gold. Hezbollah was using this money to fund attacks on Israel.” He added.

    However, he did not reveal whether the money was destroyed in the attack.

    Who was Hassan Nasrallah?

    Hassan Nasrallah was a prominent Lebanese cleric and politician. He served as the Secretary General of Hezbollah from 1992 until his assassination in 2024. Since the early age of his life, he had developed an interest in religious and political activities.

    He joined the Amal Movement, which was a Shia political and paramilitary group. But later became one of the prominent figures of Hezbollah in 1982. Nasrallah rose to prominence within Hezbollah, after the assassination of his predecessor, Abbas al-Musawi, by an Israeli airstrike in 1992.

    Under his leadership, Hezbollah grew significantly in both military and political strength. He became a major force in Lebanese politics and a key player in the region’s conflicts, particularly against the Israeli forces.

    How was Hassan Nasrallah Assassinated?

    On Friday, September 27, 2024, Hassan Nasrallah, the secretary-general of Hezbollah, was killed by Israeli airstrikes. The strikes hit the Hezbollah headquarters located underground in the Dahieh suburb of Beirut. The Israeli Air Force used F-15 fighters and dropped over 80 bombs, including 2,000-pound bunker buster bombs to destroy the facility. The attack claimed the lives of 33 and left dozens more injured.

    According to the sources, Israel is all set to launch a counterattack against Iran. The Israeli Cabinet ministers have informed that they have planned a counterattack against Iran. It will take place very soon.

    This statement came after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed that Israel would retaliate after Iran launched around 180 ballistic missiles toward Israel on October 1. These missiles were launched in response to the assassinations of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in Beirut.
