Cyclists in RAAM only get short 90-minute naps daily while riding about 500 kilometers each day for 22 hours. Rachure faced different difficulties, including hallucinations caused by extreme tiredness. 

The extreme weather conditions also made things tough. Rachure dealt with intense heat in Arizona to the freezing cold and strong winds in Colorado. The strong winds in Kanas further drained his energy and impacted his performance.
