Punjab Hikes Sugarcane SAP: Farmers to Get Highest Rate in the Country

The new updated SAP for sugarcane has been set for IN 401 per quintal for early varieties and IN 391 per quintal for mid-late varieties. The state’s sugarcane cultivation spans approximately 1 lakh hectares with nine cooperative and six private mills in operation.
